I have a Master of Science in Accountancy (MSA) and am a Certified Professional Service Advisor (CPSA).
I continually renew my knowledge of both individual and business tax laws and bookkeeping through print, online training, and seminars so that I am always up to date on the latest industry news.

With over 17 years’ of experience in the rental and real estate industries, I have extensive knowledge with the different aspects of leasing, rental, mortgage & loan documents. And in addition to being a former Florida Real Estate Agent, I worked with HUD, FHA, SAHMA and received top honor for obtaining 100% on the NCHM Certified Occupancy Specialist exam.
Fun Fact: I have worked with NASCAR and NHRA, and the diversity I encountered working with race organizations and with racers themselves taught me that no matter how rich or famous you are,
