Our founder has a Master of Science in Accountancy and is a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor, providing not only business services, but also support with accounting software. She has assisted in preparation of personal and small business taxes for over 15 years, and is listed with the IRS as a Tax Preparer. No tax return is too small, she is prepared to do them all.
Morales Services also provides mobile Notary services, notarizing signatures on documents such as power of attorney, wills, travel documents, living wills, deeds, and more. We also serve as Field Contractors, who may act as couriers for picking up and mailing or delivering public records, Proctors for online exams, acting as Authorized Representatives for employers, conducting inspections of property or vehicles, 0r conducting visits to confirm identity of businesses or individuals.
Morales Services' Notaries are often Signing Agents, acting as a liaison between realtors, lenders, title companies, financial services and borrowers nation wide to facilitate closings on any type loan signing, loan application, refinancing, reverse mortgage, deed of trust, purchase closings and more. A screened Signing Agent will explain the documents to the borrower, secure signatures, and return packages promptly so companies can rest assured their business is being handled with speed and accuracy.
